1. General Manager – Industrial Engineering (IE)

Qualifications & Experience:

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Textile / Industrial Engineering.

Experience: 12–18 years of progressive IE experience in denim or apparel manufacturing.

Role Overview:
This strategic leadership role focuses on:

Leading productivity optimization and minimizing machine downtime.

Improving overall equipment effectiveness across denim operations.

Driving process standardization using GSD-based operation bulletins, SMV governance, and balanced workflows.

Leading automation and digital transformation initiatives for real-time production tracking.

Defining and monitoring KPIs related to efficiency, defects, and labor effectiveness.

Building training frameworks to support continuous improvement.

Required Skills:
Strong leadership, cost management, expertise in GSD, SMV, automation, ERP systems, and a proven track record in operational excellence.

2. Manager – Production Planning

Qualifications & Experience:

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Textile / Industrial Engineering.

Experience: 8–12 years of relevant experience in denim production planning.

Role Overview:
This role will be responsible for:

Leading end-to-end production planning, capacity utilization, and order scheduling.

Coordinating closely with merchandising, production, washing, and sourcing teams.

Ensuring on-time delivery, optimal line loading, and smooth WIP flow.

Managing forecasting, bottleneck resolution, KPI tracking, and efficiency improvements.

Utilizing ERP systems and MS Excel for effective planning and reporting.

Required Skills:
Strong expertise in ERP systems, MS Excel, and proven experience in denim manufacturing planning.
