- Assistant Manager Mechanical – Facilities Management
Job Location: Dolmen Mall Lahore

Qualifications & Preferences:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or D.A.E. (Mechanical) with relevant certifications
6–8 years of hands-on experience in mechanical systems (preferably in malls or commercial facilities)
Strong expertise in HVAC operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting
Working knowledge of chillers, AHUs, FCUs, VRF/VRV systems, pumps, and ventilation
Experience in preventive maintenance planning and vendor coordination
Proven leadership skills with the ability to perform in a 24/7 operational environment
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure smooth operation of HVAC systems for optimal cooling and air quality
Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance of mechanical systems
Supervise mechanical teams and ensure safety compliance
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers
Monitor system performance, energy efficiency, and breakdown reports
Support mall operations during peak hours, emergencies, and seasonal demands
Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, and environmental regulations
- Mechanical Supervisor – Facilities Management

Qualifications & Preferences:
D.A.E. (Mechanical) or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
2–4 years of relevant experience (preferably HVAC systems in malls/commercial facilities)
Practical knowledge of chillers, AHUs, FCUs, exhaust, and ventilation systems
Ability to read basic mechanical drawings and follow maintenance schedules
Strong troubleshooting skills with effective on-site coordination
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out daily inspection, operation, and maintenance of HVAC systems
Respond promptly to HVAC complaints and breakdowns to minimize downtime
Assist in preventive maintenance activities and routine servicing
Coordinate with technicians and ensure work is completed efficiently
Maintain maintenance logs, checklists, and basic reports
Ensure safety practices are followed during all mechanical works
Support the Assistant Manager in day-to-day mechanical operations
