Qualifications & Experience:
CA Finalist / ACCA or equivalent professional qualification

6+ years of relevant accounting and financial reporting experience

Strong knowledge of IFRS and relevant laws and regulations

Proficient in ERP systems (preferably SAGE 100) and MS Office Suite

Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing process, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Review and approve non-cash accounting entries.

Ensure accurate preparation of financial statements and supporting schedules.

Supervise bank reconciliations and daily uploads of bank statements.

Coordinate with internal and external auditors for smooth audit processes.

Implement process improvements and automation in accounting workflows.
