Department: Service Quality Department – Customer Support Group
Location: Head Office, Karachi

Eligibility:
Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Business, Finance, or related field from an HEC-recognized institution. Qualification in Islamic Finance is an added advantage.
Experience: 2–3 years of relevant experience in Banking or Financial Institutions.
Job Description:
Install and manage EQMS MIS for existing and new setups.
Handle incidents, follow up on complaints and projects, and coordinate improvements with vendors and branches.
Follow up and coordinate with relevant teams for system access.
Maintain branch service performance reports and service levels daily, and share data with branches.
- Officer – Centralized Payment & Final Settlement
Department: General Services & Customer Support Group
Location: Head Office, Karachi

Eligibility:
Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s (Master’s preferred) from an HEC-recognized institute/university. Qualification in Islamic Finance is an added advantage.
Experience: 2–3 years of relevant working experience.
Job Description:
Process vendor payments in accordance with approved SOPs and timelines.
Verify vendor invoices and ensure accuracy before submission for approval.
Maintain and update payment records in the system (Excel/Oracle).
Coordinate with relevant departments for timely resolution of billing discrepancies.
