Experience:

• 2 – 3 years of experience in trade sales, specifically within the decorative paints industry

Key Responsibilities (Based on Industry Standards):

• Drive retail sales and achieve sales targets in assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, retailers, and key customers.
• Conduct market visits to identify new business opportunities.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
• Provide product knowledge and technical support to customers.
