  1. Supervisor Branch Audit

    Required Education & Experience:

Part Qualified CA or CMA or ACCA member or PIPFA member or MBA Finance or M.Com, or MA/M.Sc. (Finance or other relevant subjects) from a recognized institution.
Minimum 3 years’ experience of Internal Audit in an audit firm, Microfinance/Commercial bank, large domestic or corporate/multinational organization.


Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and perform assigned internal audit work within given timelines.
Execute full scope/surprise audits of branches, management audits, and special assignments.
Develop audit programs, control tests, identify findings, and draft recommendations.
Prepare draft audit reports, risk rating matrices, and executive summaries.
Review and follow up on action plans for resolution of observations.
Ensure completeness of working papers and audit files.


Skills:

Adept with audit/accounts system, process, and procedures.
Proficient in MS Office Suite.
Working experience of Audit Management system.

  1. Senior Manager ADC Technical Services

    Key Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and direct the team to support Raast, IRIS Switch/Host, Call Center Solution, and smooth services.
Take appropriate action to anticipate, investigate, and resolve problems in systems and services.

Communicate effectively as a key liaison with end users, vendors, and other parties.

Key Responsibilities:

Process and record vendor invoices in Oracle Financials (ERP) accurately and timely.
Verify invoices against purchase orders, system receiving, delivery orders, vendor contracts, and management approvals.
Prepare and process payments (cheques and bank transfers).
Process employee advances and their reconciliations.
Maintain and update accounts payable records and ledgers.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and onboard strategic partners aligned with the Bank’s business, digital, and financial inclusion goals.
Manage the full partnership lifecycle from concept to launch and performance monitoring.
Analyze market insights to recommend partnership-driven products and distribution models.
Develop business cases, financial models, and proposals for approvals.
Negotiate pricing, SLAs, and revenue-sharing terms.
Ensure compliance with SBP regulations, internal policies, AML/CFT, and data privacy standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and oversee financial inclusion programs (AFLP, National Financial Literacy Program) across the KMBL network.
Supervise field execution of initiatives like Financial Inclusion Week, women empowerment, and digital finance training.
Prepare and submit accurate reports via SBP’s DAP portal.
Validate data and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Maintain records of activities, training, and outreach.
Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and summaries.

Cross-reference NIFT portal transactions against branch ledgers to identify potential errors or missing entries.
Prepare net-off clearing position and its settlement in concern ledgers.
Coordination with SBP/NIFT for Clearing House workings.
Reconcile and share Partner Bank accounts with F&A department.
Maintain records of monthly clearing invoices/charges (NIFT & Partner Banks) for all branches.
