Key Responsibilities (Based on Industry Standards):
- Monitor and optimize plant process parameters to ensure efficient and safe operations.
- Analyze process data and identify areas for improvement in yield, energy consumption, and product quality.
- Conduct process simulations and troubleshooting to resolve operational issues.
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance plant reliability and productivity.
- Support process safety activities including HAZOP, MOC, and PSSR.
- Prepare and review standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process documentation.
- Collaborate with maintenance, production, and quality teams to achieve operational targets.
- Provide technical support for plant startups, shutdowns, and turnarounds.
- Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
Eligibility Criteria (Indicative – Based on Industry Standards for Similar Roles):
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from a recognized university.
- Experience: 5–8 years of experience in process engineering within the fertilizer, petrochemical, or chemical industry.
- Strong knowledge of process optimization, simulation software, and data analysis tools.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with process safety management systems.
