Senior Operations Manager
Location: Onsite – Lahore Regional Office
Monthly Salary Package: Rs. 180k – 250k/month
Scope: Lahore, Faisalabad, Multan, Gujranwala, Sialkot (expanding)
Reports to: Head of Operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations across the Central Region.
• Drive branch-level P&L performance – sales, food cost, labor cost, and net profit.
• Ensure consistent product quality and brand standards across all locations.
• Monitor and improve service times, order accuracy, and customer experience.
• Support new branch launches and ensure smooth Day-1 operations.
• Lead, coach, and develop Branch Managers and Shift Managers.
• Conduct regular branch visits and audits to ensure SOP compliance.
• Work with QA, Training, HR, Supply Chain, Internal Audit, and IT to run stores.
• Strengthen people practices – hiring, training, scheduling, and retention at branch level.
• Resolve customer escalations and drive Smile Score/feedback improvements.
• Report to the Head of Operations with structured weekly and monthly reviews.

Profile Required:

• Experience: 6+ years in QSR or F&B operations, with 3+ years managing multiple branches.
• Financial Acumen: Strong command of branch P&L, food cost, and labor cost management.
• Expansion Experience: Experience with new branch openings and multi-city operations.
• Customer Focus: Proven focus on service times, product quality, and customer experience.
• People Management: Strong skills in hiring, coaching, and team development.
• Technical Skills: Hands-on ERP experience (Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred).
• Travel: Comfortable with regular inter-city travel.
• Work Environment: Comfortable in a fast-paced, structured reporting environment.
