OPD Officer – Outpatient Services
Location: Liaquat National Hospital, Karachi

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and ensure the availability of necessary consumables for all OPDs.
• Prepare and submit detailed reports justifying the usage of consumables across each OPD.
• Communicate any changes or additions to clinical services to all relevant stakeholders via official departmental email.
• Handle telephone inquiries from patients and the general public in a courteous and professional manner.
• Register patient appointments in accordance with established protocols and procedures.
• Ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and proper functioning of clinic facilities and equipment, and coordinate timely maintenance and repair when needed.
• Maintain updated correspondence and timely follow-up with all outreach centers.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Master’s degree (preferably in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field).
• Experience: 3-4 years of relevant work experience.
• Skills: Proficiency in MS Office applications, good communication and interpersonal skills.
