Key Responsibilities:

Supplier Management:

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers across key categories.
• Conduct thorough supplier assessments, audits, and risk evaluations.
• Establish long-term supplier relationships that align with quality, delivery, and cost expectations.
• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives to drive cost savings and improve supplier performance.
• Monitor and evaluate supplier KPIs including quality, cost, delivery, and innovation.
• Initiate and manage supplier improvement plans where necessary.

Strategic Sourcing:

• Develop sourcing strategies in line with company goals and market trends.
• Lead supplier negotiations and contract finalization.
• Conduct regular market analysis and benchmarking to stay ahead of cost, technology, and supply risks.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, technologies, and suppliers.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Quality, and Production to align sourcing with business needs.
• Work closely with the costing team to analyze component costs and identify cost-reduction opportunities.
• Drive value engineering initiatives in coordination with the product development team.

Compliance & Documentation:

• Ensure suppliers comply with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate sourcing documentation and records in procurement systems (e.g., SAP, ERP tools).

Education & Experience:

• Education: Pharm D (Doctor of Pharmacy) – required.
• Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar procurement or sourcing role.
