Qualification:
B.E. in Industrial / Textile Engineering
MEM – Quality Management
MBA – Supply Chain Management
Required Experience:
5 – 7 years of relevant experience in the Textile Industry
Job Summary:
Drive quality excellence and process improvement initiatives within manufacturing operations. Ensure compliance with industry standards, enhance product quality, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational and customer requirements effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Apply process improvement methodologies within manufacturing environments to enhance efficiency and product quality.
Demonstrate hands-on involvement in the full product development lifecycle, including risk assessment and development of mitigation plans.
Possess strong knowledge of technical audits and quality compliance standards relevant to the textile sector.
Analyze production data, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to meet quality and performance goals.
Maintain familiarity with industry regulations, customer requirements (US and EU), and best practices in textile manufacturing.
Excellent communication skills for liaising with internal and external teams to align on projects.
Prioritize, manage, and ensure timely completion of tasks while adhering to defined timelines.
