Role Overview (Based on Industry Standards):
The Assistant Product Manager will support the product management team in developing and executing marketing strategies, managing product lifecycles, and driving brand performance. Eligibility Criteria (Indicative – Based on Industry Standards):
Education: Pharm-D / MBA (Marketing) or equivalent from a recognized institution.
Experience: 2-4 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical product management or marketing.|
Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills. Proficiency in MS Office.
Key Responsibilities (Indicative – Based on Industry Standards):
Assist in developing and executing product marketing strategies.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights.
Coordinate with sales, medical, and regulatory teams for product campaigns.
Prepare promotional materials and support brand initiatives.
Track product performance and analyze sales data.
