Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably in Marketing).
Experience: 8-10 years of relevant experience.

Job Summary:
Lead pricing, profitability, and sales strategy for specialty products.
Ensure the achievement of margin, volume, and market share targets.
Drive product availability, marketing execution, and new product launches.
Develop the direct-to-farmer sales channel for Engro Fertilizers.
Oversee business performance, ensure SOP compliance, and strengthen farmer engagement to enhance market penetration.
Deliver on PAT, contribution margin, and annual sales targets across key product portfolios.
