Hudson Pharma, a diversified manufacturing business operating across pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, vitamins & minerals, food lab services, and contract manufacturing, is seeking strategic and commercially driven leaders to join our team at our Head Office in Karachi. We are currently hiring for two key leadership positions.

1. Head of Institutional Business & Strategy

Job Responsibilities:
Lead Hudson Pharma’s institutional business strategy and drive sustainable revenue growth.
Develop and execute strategic plans to expand business across government, semi-government, and private healthcare institutions.
Oversee the complete institutional tender lifecycle, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant submissions.
Build and strengthen relationships with key institutional stakeholders, procurement authorities, and strategic partners.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s institutional footprint.
Lead commercial negotiations, contract management, and institutional account development.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure seamless execution.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and procurement policies to identify growth opportunities.
Ensure compliance with institutional procurement regulations and company governance standards.
Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing institutional business team while driving a culture of accountability and excellence.
Track business performance through KPIs, forecasting, and strategic business reviews.
Candidate’s Background:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related discipline; MBA preferred.
Experience: 10–15 years of progressive experience in pharmaceutical institutional sales, government business, or strategic commercial leadership with 2-3 years in a similar capacity.

2. Chief Financial Officer

Job Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end finance function including accounting, taxation, treasury, budgeting, reporting, audit, controls, and compliance.
Prepare and present monthly management accounts, financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and board packs.
Manage group and subsidiary reporting, intercompany reconciliations, and related-party transactions.
Drive product costing and profitability analysis across multiple business units.
Monitor SKU-wise, batch-wise, and customer-level margins, including cost drivers and variances.
Oversee working capital management including receivables, payables, inventory, and banking relationships.
Manage financing facilities, LCs, imports/exports, and treasury operations.
Ensure compliance with taxation, corporate, audit, and regulatory requirements.
Support export operations through pricing, currency exposure management, and profitability analysis.
Partner with Commercial, Supply Chain, Production, QA/QC, and Regulatory teams to support decision-making.
Lead external and internal audits, tax matters, and regulatory reporting.
Strengthen financial controls, ERP systems, reporting dashboards, and team capabilities.
Candidate’s Background:
Education: Qualified CA / FCA / ACMA / FCMA / ACCA / CPA or equivalent professional qualification.
Experience: 12–15+ years of finance leadership experience in pharma, nutraceuticals, FMCG, food, or healthcare industries preferred. Expertise in costing, budgeting, taxation, treasury, and reporting. Strong knowledge of Pakistani tax, corporate, audit, and regulatory environment.
