1. Training Executive

Role Overview (Based on Industry Standards):
The Training Executive will be responsible for designing, coordinating, and delivering training programs for the CFD team. This role involves assessing training needs, developing training materials, and ensuring that team members are equipped with the necessary skills to perform their duties effectively.


Key Responsibilities (Indicative):

  • Identify training needs and develop training plans.
  • Conduct training sessions on technical and soft skills.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback.
  • Maintain training records and documentation.


2. Assistant Manager Planning

The Assistant Manager Planning will oversee planning and scheduling activities for the CFD team. This role involves coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth operations and timely execution of tasks.
