About the Job:

The incumbent will be responsible for monitoring brand mentions, responding to audience queries across digital media, and maintaining records. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a good understanding of brand management and social media.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor social media channels for comments, mentions, tags, and direct messages.
• Respond to comments and inbox messages in a timely, professional, and brand-appropriate manner.
• Analyze complaints, sentiments, and recommend improvements to community management.
• Escalate technical, medical, or product-related queries to the relevant internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records of flagged content and actions taken.
• Ensure all interactions comply with the company’s brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualification, Knowledge and Skills:

• Education: Candidate must be a graduate from a recognized institution accredited by the Higher Education Commission (HEC).
• Experience: 0 to 2 years of relevant experience in community management or digital communications.
• Skills:
  • Strong command of written English and excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in major social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and TikTok.
  • Good understanding of branding, digital communications, and online reputation management.
  • Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
