Liaquat National Hospital (LNH), one of Pakistan’s premier tertiary care hospitals, is seeking skilled and dedicated professionals to join its team. We are currently hiring for five key positions across education, dental, operation theatre, and speech therapy departments.
Available Positions
1. Lecturer Critical Care – BS Medical Technology
Department: Medical Technology (Critical Care)
Application Deadline: 26th July 2026
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver lectures to undergraduate students and assist senior faculty in developing learning materials.
Support senior faculty in preparing course outlines, scheduling classes, and developing high-quality curriculums.
Develop examination papers for both internal and external assessments and assist in the examination process.
Conduct high-quality research and produce publications.
Offer effective advice, guidance, and feedback to students.
Actively participate in students’ research activities.
Engage in curricular, co-curricular, and extracurricular activities.
Job Requirements:
BSMT in Critical Care with a Master’s or M.Phil. degree in the relevant field from an HEC-recognized university or AHPC institution.
Strong communication, teaching and supervisory skills.
Ability to multitask, solve problems, and meet deadlines.
Proficient in MS Office applications.
2. Lecturer Dialysis – BS Medical Technology
Department: Medical Technology (Dialysis)

Key Responsibilities:

3. Dental Assistant
Department: Dental & Maxillofacial Surgery
Application Deadline: 31st July 2026
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain the treatment room following standard procedures and protocols.
Assist the Dentist during clinical procedures by preparing, sterilizing, and organizing instruments, providing chairside assistance, operating suction equipment, etc.
Prepare, mix, and dispense dental materials required for various procedures.
Perform and develop PA X-rays.
Maintain adequate inventory levels of dental instruments, materials, and consumable supplies, and ensure timely replenishment.
Assist in maintaining accurate patient records and documenting clinical procedures as required.
Job Requirements
Preferably Intermediate with a Diploma of Dental Assistant and 1 to 2 years of related work experience.
Applicants with a Diploma in Dental Hygiene would be given preference.
Knowledge of Dental tools.
4. Manager / Assistant Manager – Operation Theatre
Department: Operation Theatre
Application Deadline: 31st July 2026
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the allocation of the Operation Theatres (OT) in accordance with the approved theatre allocation schedule.
Monitor, supervise, and train OT Technicians and CSSD Technicians in coordination with surgical specialties.
Ensure that all equipment is functional and ready before allocating the OT to end-users.
Plan and maintain adequate staffing in the OT to meet patient care needs.
Maintain records of procedures performed, theatre time utilization, and end-user feedback after each list.
Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and accreditation requirements related to OT services.
Ensure readiness of the OTs for emergency procedures and manage critical situations effectively.
Ensure adherence to infection prevention protocols and proper disposal of biomedical waste and sharps in accordance with hospital and regulatory guidelines.
Job Requirements:
Preferably MBBS / BDS / BS or MS in Allied Health Sciences / BSN or MSN / MHE or equivalent qualification with 5 to 7 years of relevant work experience, including 2 to 3 years in a supervisory role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Urdu.
Strong problem-solving, decision-making and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
5. Speech Therapist
Department: Speech Therapy

Key Responsibilities:
Identify children’s developmental speech and communication difficulties/disorders.
Assess and treat swallowing and communication difficulties.
Review and discuss medical and developmental case histories with interdisciplinary teams to determine individual client evaluation needs and strategies.
Develop appropriate treatment goals and activities related to the specific needs of clients.
Maintain patients schedule according to his/her need.
Compile patient flow statistical data.
Job Requirements:
M.A Audiology and Speech Pathology.
One year internship at Liaquat National Hospital/other organization as trainee speech therapist.
Good intrapersonal relationship, team player, communication skills, leadership, decision making.
