Field Training Partner
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and follow a detailed training schedule with clear objectives and a shared agenda.
- Prepare and distribute relevant course materials to participants.
- Establish and communicate training objectives clearly to the group.
- Demonstrate strong product and subject knowledge; confidently cover content and address participant questions.
- Create a positive and engaging learning environment that encourages interaction and participation.
- Involve all participants actively, foster contributions, and support post-training action planning.
- Use observation and listening skills to assess and guide participant performance effectively.
- Provide opportunities for practice, track progress, and follow up to reinforce learning.
Education & Experience:
- Education: B. Pharmacy / Pharm-D.
- Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience.
