CME Coordinator
Department: CME Program and Accreditation
Key Requirements:
- Education: Background in Medical Education or Healthcare.
- Experience: Fresh or experience (6 months – 1 year) in program coordination, preferably in CME or Healthcare.
- Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (non-negotiable) – manage data, track budgets, generate reports.
- Strong technical aptitude for virtual platforms (Zoom, LMS, etc.).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with CME accreditation standards is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all course logistics (materials) for live and virtual CME activities.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with faculty, speakers, and participants regarding course details, disclosures, and requirements.
- Manage Data: Utilize advanced Excel skills to track budgets, manage participant data, and generate post-course reports for accreditation.
- Ensure compliance standards, meticulously handling documentation, attendance, and certificate generation.
- Support Technical Setup of webinars and manage the Learning Management System (LMS) setup and reporting.
