Assistant Manager – HSE (Health, Safety & Environment)
Location: Karachi, Pakistan

Job Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in HSE roles, preferably in building and office environments.
• Knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Experience in incident investigation tools (e.g., Root Cause Analysis) and HSE management software.
• Familiarity with risk assessments, tool box talks, HSE audits, and emergency response planning.

Key Responsibilities (Based on Industry Standards):

• Assist in developing and implementing HSE policies and procedures aligned with building safety standards.
• Promote awareness through trainings, workshops, campaigns, and safety talks.
• Conduct regular risk assessments, HSE audits, and inspections.
• Investigate incidents and near misses using Root Cause Analysis and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and company standards.
• Maintain HSE documentation and reports.
• Coordinate emergency response planning and drills.
