Aspin Pharma Pvt. Ltd., an OBS Group Company and a leading name in Pakistan’s pharmaceutical industry, is seeking experienced professionals to join its team in Karachi. We are currently hiring for two key positions in Validation Engineering and Electrical Engineering.

Available Positions

1. Assistant / Deputy Manager – Validation Engineer

Major Accountabilities:

• Plan, execute, and review equipment, utility, and facility qualification activities.
• Prepare and review URS, DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ, Validation Protocols, and Reports.
• Perform qualification of critical utilities including HVAC, Purified Water, Compressed Air, and other GMP systems.
• Support Computerized System Validation (CSV) and Data Integrity requirements.
• Conduct risk assessments and support Change Controls, Deviations, CAPAs, and impact assessments.
• Ensure compliance with the Validation Master Plan (VMP) and validation schedules.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Production, QA, QC, and external vendors for qualification activities.
• Support internal, regulatory, and customer audits related to validation and qualification.
• Ensure validation documentation is complete, traceable, and compliant with GMP and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Bachelor’s in Pharm-D, B. Pharm from a reputable institution.
• Experience: Preferably 6-8 years of experience in Validation/Qualification within the pharmaceutical industry.

Skills & Competencies:

• Practical knowledge of GMP, validation lifecycle, and risk-based qualification approaches.
• Familiarity with guidelines such as WHO GMP, PIC/S, EU GMP, MHRA GMP, GAMP 5, and 21 CFR Part 11 will be an advantage.
• Strong understanding of Data Integrity principles (ALCOA+) and validation documentation requirements.
• Strong technical documentation, analytical, and cross-functional coordination skills.

2. Executive / Senior Executive Electrical

Major Accountabilities:

• Perform the maintenance program of machines and equipment related to utilities.
• Continuous Process Improvement: Improve GMP and manufacturing efficiency through optimization of electrical systems, energy conservation, reduction of maintenance and operating costs, minimization of electrical equipment breakdowns, and reduction of overtime.
• Troubleshoot electrical faults in production machinery, utilities, MCCs, control panels, motors, transformers, generators, UPS systems, and other electrical installations.
• Ensure safety practices are followed and maintain them at workplaces on the floor and offices.
• Perform and log daily data recording of Electrical Power System.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of HT/LT electrical systems and electrical maintenance.
• Hands-on experience with PLCs, HVAC systems, generators, UPS, and utility equipment.
• Sound understanding of GMP requirements, preventive & breakdown maintenance, and electrical troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience: 3-6 years of relevant experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
