The role focuses on identifying operational risks, fraud indicators, and process gaps, while leveraging AI tools for data-driven auditing and insights. Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel, BI tools, and SQL for supply chain reporting and analysis is essential. Ideal candidates bring FMCG/distribution experience, strong commercial acumen, a KPI-driven mindset, and exposure to Artificial Intelligence will be an added advantage.

Assistant Manager Compliance

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct warehouse compliance audits, including physical stock counts and inventory verification.
• Evaluate supply chain controls and recommend control and process improvements.
• Identify operational risks, potential fraud indicators, and control gaps through audit analysis.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance audit effectiveness, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.
• Analyze supply chain data using advanced Excel, BI tools, and SQL.
• Prepare audit reports and drive timely closure of corrective actions with relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a reputable university.
• Experience: 2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably within the FMCG sector.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and supply chain compliance.
• Hands-on experience with Advanced Excel, BI tools, SQL, and audit reporting is preferred.
