At LAAM Technologies, he helped build HR systems from the ground up, implementing PeopleForce HRIS, streamlining onboarding from 7 days to 2, managing recruitment across multiple departments, and supporting HR operations for 400+ employees.

His experience at Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital and Research Centre further strengthened his expertise in HR operations within a highly regulated environment.

Now, that foundation is taking him to the international stage as People Strategy Specialist at XINIX, a UK-headquartered organization with a global presee.
