Abdul Basit Appointed as Pakistan Head of Operations at Affinity Liaison Service

Abdul Basit has embarked on a new professional chapter as Pakistan Head of Operations at Affinity liaison service, bringing extensive expertise in quality assurance, food safety, certification systems, and international standards.

With a strong background in FSSC 22000, ISO standards, BRC, HACCP, GMP, Halal, Kosher, FDA, and other compliance frameworks, Abdul has built a career focused on strengthening quality systems, certification readiness, auditing, and operational excellence across the food and manufacturing sectors.

Prior to joining Affinity liaison service, he served as QA/QC Manager and Food Safety Team Leader at Al Rahim Agri Processing Pvt Ltd, where he managed certification systems, audits, and compliance requirements. His earlier roles at USB Certification, IFTEKHAR AHMED & CO., and Ismail Industries Limited further strengthened his expertise in quality management, food safety, process improvement, and regulatory compliance.

An MSc graduate in Applied Chemistry and Chemical Technology from the Karachi University, Abdul brings a strong combination of technical knowledge, quality leadership, and implementation expertise to his new role.
