Prior to joining Code Upscale, Afifa served as Human Resources Specialist at ProQuantix and Human Resources Executive at VALUEANS, where she played a key role in remote hiring, recruitment, and employee lifecycle management. Her earlier experience at Enxsys further strengthened her capabilities in HR operations, IT recruitment, and workforce development.
