With over 14 years of experience across retail banking, strategic transformation, affluent banking, branch network optimization, and digital enablement, he continues to shape customer-centric banking strategies and drive business innovation.

Prior to joining Standard Chartered in this leadership role, Ahsan served as Unit Head – Branch Strategy, Segments & Digital Enablement at Al Baraka Bank Pakistan, where he successfully led branch expansion, launched the bank’s affluent banking proposition, and spearheaded key digital transformation initiatives. His earlier leadership journey at HBL and Standard Chartered reflects a proven track record in portfolio management, customer value proposition, strategic transformation, and nationwide banking excellence.
