Aliya .F has achieved another significant milestone in her HR career with her appointment as Sr. People & Culture Generalist at Algo.

With extensive experience in talent acquisition, people operations, organizational culture, and HR strategy, Aliya has consistently played a key role in building high-performing teams and fostering employee engagement.

Prior to rejoining Algo in this senior leadership role, she served as People & Culture Manager at SPEEDFORCE DIGITAL, where she led strategic HR initiatives spanning recruitment, culture transformation, learning and development, HR compliance, and employer branding. Her earlier contributions at Algo and Deloitte further strengthened her expertise in people management and organizational development.
