Areesha Junaid has embarked on an exciting new chapter in her HR career with her appointment as Engagement and Culture at Tapal Tea (Pvt.) Ltd., where she will focus on strengthening employee experience, organizational culture, and people engagement initiatives.
With over three years of experience across talent acquisition, employer branding, employee engagement, and HR strategy, Areesha has consistently contributed to building high-performing workplace cultures.
Prior to joining Tapal Tea (Pvt.) Ltd., she served as Specialist Talent Acquisition and Employee Experience at Dawlance, leading end-to-end recruitment strategies, university engagement programs, onboarding initiatives, and flagship graduate hiring programs. Earlier, as Specialist Employee Engagement and Employer Branding, she successfully drove employer branding campaigns, employee engagement initiatives, and talent development programs, while also gaining valuable exposure through the HBL Management Trainee Program.
A graduate of Lahore University of Management Sciences, Areesha is recognized for creating meaningful employee experiences and fostering inclusive workplace cultures.
