Available Positions

1. Internal Audit Officer
Location: Multiple Locations (Field Audits)

Responsibilities:

• Perform inventory audits (periodic and spot checks) to ensure accurate stock counting, tagging, and recording.
• Conduct retail compliance audits across assigned locations to verify adherence to SOPs and internal controls.
• Execute cash verification (planned and surprise counts) and perform POS vs physical cash reconciliation.
• Identify and report discrepancies in cash, inventory, and transactions on a timely basis.
• Verify damaged, expired, and ageing inventory, ensuring proper handling as per company SOPs.
• Check and validate TOs (Transfer Orders) and ISTs (Inter-Store Transfers), highlighting delays or irregularities.
• Prepare and submit audit reports, checklists, and supporting documentation within defined timelines.
• Follow up on audit observations, ensuring timely closure and implementation of corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Retail, Supply Chain, Finance, and other departments, and support continuous improvement in processes and controls.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in Internal Audit, Retail, Compliance, or Inventory.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of MS Excel.
• Ability to conduct field audits and site visits.
• Understanding of retail operations and inventory controls.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.

2. Quality Assurance Executive (Apparel)

• Conduct regular site visits and quality inspections.

• Coordinate with production and site teams.

• 2–3 years of experience in Textile Quality Assurance.
• Bachelor’s degree (relevant field preferred).
• Hands-on textile/garment industry exposure.
• Willingness to travel for site visits.
• Strong attention to detail and reporting skills.

3. Customer Service Intern

• Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, or phone in a courteous, professional, and timely manner.
• Assist in resolving customer concerns or complaints effectively and empathetically.

4. GRN Officer (Goods Receipt Note)
Location: Karachi (Warehouse Operations)

Responsibilities:

• Perform various system activities such as barcode creation, purchase order creation, transfer order creation, and GRN.
• Perform various reconciliations related to integrations between different platforms.
• Prepare daily work reports to ensure maximum productivity.
• Handle system-related tasks associated with warehouse operations.
• Coordinate receiving activities, including verifying incoming shipments, preparing outgoing shipments, and managing documentation.
• Review all documents and information for accuracy and inform the supervisor of any errors.
• Assist in resolving any operations-related issues promptly and effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of operational work.
• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in efficiency.
• Update and maintain databases, archives, and filing systems.
• Generate and export data reports, spreadsheets, and documents as needed.
• Create daily operational stats as required by the reporting manager.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s (preferable).
• Experience: 2-3 years warehouse operations experience.
• Strong Excel skills, proficient with cross-system reconciliations and general large data reconciliations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, inventory management systems, and strong knowledge of warehouse management systems.
