Based in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan, he has built a strong career driving plant reliability, operational excellence, GMP compliance, and engineering innovation across manufacturing facilities. His professional journey also includes valuable experience in the herbal and sugar manufacturing industries with Herbion Naturals and Almoiz Sugar Industries, where he further strengthened his expertise in utilities management, maintenance systems, and large-scale industrial operations.
Currently serving as Chief Engineer at Montis Pharma Pvt. Ltd. / Steg Laboratories / SCM Packaging, he leads group-wide engineering operations with a focus on engineering strategy, utilities optimization, plant reliability, maintenance systems, and capital projects. His role includes improving equipment performance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and building high-performing engineering teams that enhance operational efficiency.
Prior to his current role, he served as Engineering Manager, Deputy Manager Engineering, and Assistant Manager Engineering at Montis Group, where he successfully managed plant maintenance, engineering projects, HVAC systems, boilers, chillers, utilities, SAP-based procurement, preventive maintenance, energy-saving initiatives, and cross-functional coordination with regulatory authorities. His expertise has contributed to minimizing downtime, optimizing maintenance costs, and improving overall plant performance.
He holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from The Superior University.
