Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Fashion, Media, or a related field
Experience: 8 – 10 Years of relevant creative experience, with proven team leadership

Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the Creative Department and ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.
- Drive creative concepts, campaigns, visual direction, and brand storytelling.
- Oversee photography, videography, styling, graphic design, and post-production.
- Review creative outputs to ensure quality and brand consistency.
- Plan and manage creative projects, priorities, and deadlines.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Planning, Design, Merchandising, and other stakeholders.
- Mentor and develop creative teams to enhance performance and creativity.
- Streamline creative workflows to improve efficiency and execution.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Fashion, Media, or a related field.
- 8–10 years of relevant creative experience, with proven team leadership.
- Strong understanding of creative direction, campaign development, photography, videography, styling, graphic design, and post-production.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative concepts, campaigns, and visual storytelling.
- Excellent leadership, communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong understanding of brand identity, visual trends, and consumer-focused creative communication.
