Senior Officer People Experience
Location: Karachi
Experience: 2-4 Years of relevant experience in Employee Experience, Employee Engagement, or Human Resources
Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline

What We’re Looking For:

• Plan, organize, and execute employee engagement initiatives, including recognition programs, wellness activities, cultural celebrations, and team-building events.
• Drive employee experience initiatives that foster an engaging, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture.
• Coordinate employee surveys, engagement assessments, and feedback mechanisms, and assist in implementing action plans.
• Support the design and execution of employer branding initiatives to strengthen the organization’s employee value proposition.
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a positive and seamless experience for new hires.
• Develop creative communication content and engagement campaigns to enhance employee participation and organizational culture.
• Maintain employee engagement calendars, reports, dashboards, and related documentation.
• Assist the Recruitment Lead in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interview coordination, candidate communication, and onboarding.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline through various sourcing channels and support employer branding activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver HR initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction, engagement, and retention.

What You’ll Do:

• Passion for creating exceptional employee experiences and fostering a positive workplace culture.
• Hands-on experience in employee engagement initiatives, event planning, or employer branding.
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes and candidate management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
