1️⃣ Area Sales Manager

Qualification: MBA from HEC recognized University
Experience: 6-7 Years of work experience with at least 03 Years of Managerial role in FMCG industry

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing field force management, sales volume, and distribution operations.
• Implementing sales and marketing plans to attain commercial and distribution objectives.
• Managing budgets for optimal cost-effectiveness.
• Aligning primary and secondary sales with the actual sales potential of the station, territory, or area.

Key Requirements:

• MBA from HEC recognized University.
• 6-7 years of work experience with at least 3 years of Managerial role in FMCG industry.
• FMCG/distribution experience, strong commercial acumen, KPI-driven mindset.
• Artificial Intelligence exposure will be an added advantage.
• Delivery of sales targets, market share growth, effective RTM execution, receivables control, and profitability optimization.

2️⃣ Head of People Services

Qualification: Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from an accredited university; Certifications: SHRM or CIPD certification will be an added advantage
Experience: 8 – 10 Years of relevant experience, including leadership in HR operations, payroll, and HR digitalization

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead employee master data governance and integration across HR, payroll & finance systems.
• Manage accurate, timely payroll processing, reconciliations and statutory compliance.
• Drive HR digitalization, process automation and employee self-service.
• Oversee employee benefits administration and IR/ER matters.
• Manage HR vendors, contracts and service-level performance.

Key Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from an accredited university.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience, including leadership in HR operations, payroll, and HR digitalization.
