Location: Gharo Plant, Pakistan
Functions Available:

Key Responsibilities (Vary by Function):
- Oversee and manage daily plant operations within the assigned function.
- Ensure production targets are met within quality and safety standards.
- Implement and maintain process improvements and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth production operations.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across the plant.
Key Requirements (Vary by Function):
- Relevant qualification (Diploma/Bachelor’s/Master’s) in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Automotive, Industrial, or related field).
- Relevant experience in automotive manufacturing or plant operations (entry-level to mid-senior).
- Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, safety standards, and quality control.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
