BYD Pakistan, Mega Motor Co., is expanding its Customer First Department (CFD), IT, and Sales teams, and is looking for dynamic professionals to join its operations across Karachi, Lahore, and Gharo. We are currently hiring for four key positions in aftersales, field engineering, IT plant maintenance, and sales administration.

Available Positions

1. Area Business Manager
Department: Customer First Department (CFD)
Experience: 7+ years of experience in automotive aftersales
Qualification: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee aftersales operational performance and service excellence across assigned 3S/4S dealerships.
• Drive service revenue, workshop throughput, and spare parts absorption while ensuring strict adherence to BYD’s global operational standards.
• Coordinate with Dealer Principals, Service Managers, Parts Managers, and central technical support teams to optimize workshop utilization and elevate Net Promoter Scores (NPS).
• Audit facility, operations, and track key operational KPIs across assigned service networks in the Dealer Management System (DMS).

2. Assistant Manager Field Engineer
Department: Customer First Department (CFD)
Experience: 3+ years of hands-on technical experience in automotive field engineering, technical support, high-voltage EV diagnostics, or aftersales engineering support within an OEM or premium dealership network
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering, or a related discipline

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-level technical backstopping, complex diagnostic troubleshooting, and field engineering support across BYD’s 3S/4S dealership network.
• Serve as the primary technical authority for resolving critical vehicle performance issues, high-voltage battery system faults, and complex powertrain diagnostic challenges.
• Coordinate with Dealer Service Managers, Field Technicians, Workshop Foremen, and global HQ R&D/Technical Engineering teams to investigate recurring product issues and validate technical field reports.
• Analyze diagnostic data logs, manage Technical Service Bulletins (TSBs), and maintain up-to-date technical escalation records in the central engineering database.

3. Deputy Manager Business System – Plant Maintenance
Department: Information Technology
Experience: 5+ years of SAP PM experience, including at least 2 full-cycle SAP implementations (Business Process Design to Go-Live & Support)
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support end-to-end Plant Maintenance implementations, collaborating with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrate strong expertise in SAP Plant Maintenance, including Maintenance Strategy (Breakdown, Preventive, and Predictive Maintenance), Master Data, Maintenance Planning & Scheduling, Order Management, and Notification Management.
• Manage cross-functional integration across SAP MM, FICO, PP, PS, and QM modules.
• Configure and support SAP PM solutions, manage maintenance processes, and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Prepare project documentation, deliver presentations, and coordinate with cross-functional teams for successful project execution from design through post-go-live support.

4. Sales Admin Executive
Experience: 1–2 years of experience in Sales Administration, Showroom Operations, Commercial Documentation, or Customer Back-Office Support (automotive industry preferred)
Qualification: BBA or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Supply Chain, or a related field

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day sales administrative functions, customer documentation, and order-processing workflows at BYD’s flagship Metropole Experience Center.
• Maintain accurate vehicle booking files, process sales paperwork, and ensure seamless operational support to the sales team.
• Coordinate with Sales Consultants, Finance, Logistics, and CRM teams to track vehicle allocation, manage customer payment receipts, verify bank finance documentation, and oversee vehicle delivery paperwork.
• Manage daily showroom visitor logs, oversee test-drive documentation and compliance, and maintain up-to-date sales records in the Dealer Management System (DMS).
• Manage vehicle registration and tax compliance files, assist with inventory tracking between the central warehouse and the Experience Center, and uphold BYD’s global operational standards.
