In this role, you will collaborate closely with internal engineering, procurement, and project management teams, as well as external stakeholders, ensuring proposals meet all client specifications, risk criteria, and submission deadlines.

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical)
Experience: Minimum 10 Years of overall professional experience:

• 3–5 Years within the Oil & Gas / EPC sector
• 2–3 Years in Project Management / Project Organizations
• 2 Years in Contracts and Commercial Bid Administration

Key Responsibilities:

• Formulate bid preparation strategies and resource planning to ensure high-quality, competitive submissions.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Engineering, Procurement, PMD, and business unit heads to gather inputs and cost estimates.
• Identify bid-level risks and build contractual safeguards to mitigate long-term organizational liability.
• Compile and finalize complete proposal documentation aligned with ITB (Invitation to Bid) guidelines and company standards.
• Hand over finalized bids to the Business Development team within stipulated timelines.
• Assist the Head of Department with proposal budgeting, variance tracking, and overall department targets.
• Liaise with vendors, subcontractors, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies as required during the proposal lifecycle.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical).
• Total Experience: Minimum 10 years of overall professional experience:
  • 3–5 years within the Oil & Gas / EPC sector
  • 2–3 years in Project Management / Project Organizations
  • 2 years in Contracts and Commercial Bid Administration
• Computer Proficiency: Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project).

Core Competencies:

• Hands-on expertise in proposal budgeting, cost estimation, and planning.
• Strong understanding of contracts, commercial terms, and risk management.
• Proven negotiation, conflict resolution, and cross-functional stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and executive presentation capabilities.
