Dr. Syed Arsalan Haider Appointed as Sales Training Manager at Martin Dow Marker Ltd

Dr-Syed Arsalan Haider has embarked on a new professional chapter as Sales Training Manager at Martin Dow Marker Ltd. With extensive experience in pharmaceutical sales training, leadership development, and people management, he brings a strong focus on strengthening sales capabilities and building high-performing teams.

Previously, Haider served as Manager Sales Training at The SEARLE Company Ltd., where he advanced employee development, coaching, and sales performance initiatives. His journey across sales, training, and regional HR roles reflects his commitment to nurturing talent and developing future leaders.

He holds a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from the University of Sargodha and is currently pursuing an MBA from Iqra University (Official). He also brings additional expertise in training and public speaking.
