Faisal Abbas has advanced to the role of Manager – Industrial Relations, Housing & Transport at Sindh Engro Coal Mining Company (SECMC), marking another milestone in his distinguished professional journey.

Bringing extensive leadership experience from both the Pakistan Army and the corporate sector, Abbas combines expertise in industrial relations, workforce governance, security management, and operational risk mitigation. During his tenure at Sindh Engro Coal Mining Company (SECMC), he has held key leadership positions in security and business continuity, overseeing critical operations, managing substantial budgets, strengthening stakeholder relationships, and supporting a safe and resilient industrial environment.

His transition from military service to corporate leadership reflects a strong foundation in strategic planning, people management, operational discipline, and organizational resilience.

Abbas holds an MSc in Military Sciences from the University of Peshawar, complemented by professional development in finance and management.
