We are currently hiring for the following positions:
1️⃣ Manager – Fabric Procurement (Home Textile)
Company: Reliance Weaving Mills Limited (Fatima Group)
Location: Multan
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience: 8 – 12 Years of relevant experience in fabric procurement, sourcing within home textile industry

Key Responsibilities:
- Procure greige and dyed fabrics to ensure uninterrupted production.
- Prepare RFQs, CSIs, and Purchase Orders while monitoring order execution.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure material availability and quality compliance.
- Monitor market trends, maintain procurement records, and ensure policy and audit compliance.
- Source, negotiate, and manage suppliers for cost, quality, and timely delivery.
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration with 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in fabric procurement, sourcing within home textile industry.
2️⃣ Civil Engineer
Company: Fatima Steel Mill Limited (Fatima Group)
Location: Plant Site – Sanawan, Muzaffargarh
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
Experience: 7 – 10 Years of relevant civil site experience, preferably in industrial construction, steel mill projects, RCC works, and contractor management
Deadline: 27th October 2026

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor contractor activities against approved drawings, BOQs, specifications, method statements, quality standards, and project schedules.
- Inspect excavation, dewatering, filling, compaction, PCC, foundations, reinforcement, formwork, anchor bolts, and concrete works.
- Monitor foundations and civil works for the melting shop, furnace building, CCM, scrap pits, trenches, batching plant, and utility structures.
- Verify dimensions, levels, reinforcement, material quality, and testing; ensure compliance with approved drawings and resolve technical discrepancies.
- Monitor HSE compliance, material handling, defect rectification, and corrective actions; support final inspections, as-built documentation, and handover.
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with 7 to 10 years of relevant civil site experience, preferably in industrial construction, steel mill projects, RCC works, and contractor management.
