1. Regional Sales Manager
Qualification: BBA / MBA with specialization in Marketing
Experience: 08 – 10 years in Beverages/FMCG

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic plans to achieve targeted Secondary volume, numeric, weighted distribution, and market share.
- Manage and develop the sales team.
- Develop and strengthen relationships with existing and potential distributors/accounts through regular market visits.
- Analyze competitor activity in the market and develop counter strategies.
- Execute plans for enhancement in cold availability of all Stock Keeping Units by channel to increase secondary sales.
- Deploy and manage assets (coolers & glass).
- Ensure and monitor cooler productivity.
- Implement Route to Market strategies and replicate best practices.
- Monitor and improve Sales Force Efficiency Key Performance Indicators.
- Analyze sales Key Performance Indicators and take corrective actions.
- Ensure profitable sales by monitoring discounts, variable margins, gross profit, and Net Sales Revenue.
- Responsible for distributor profitability and long-term sustainable business.
2. Admin Executive
Qualification: Bachelor’s – Preferably in Business Administration
Experience: 2-3 years of experience preferably in manufacturing/FMCG industry

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor mess operations and costs to ensure efficient and economical management.
- Maintain coordination with government officials and local administration on company affairs.
- Assist the Head of Department with legal, government affairs, and security matters.
- Monitor repair and maintenance of pool cars.
- Manage pool cars, travel requests, vehicle logbooks, and fuel cards.
- Arrange guest stays and manage guest house facilities.
- Ensure incident management actions, response, and reporting protocols are effectively implemented.
- Supervise security staff deployed across all locations.
- Supervise administrative operations, including office management, vehicles, reception, support staff, janitorial services, and horticulture activities.
3. Management Trainee Officer – Sales
Location: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Region
Qualification: BBA / MBA (Preferably in Marketing and Sales)
Experience: Fresh – 1 Year in FMCG

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase product availability, market share, and volume growth.
- Manage assigned market areas to increase sales volume, product availability, outlet coverage, and market share.
- Identify and execute marketing opportunities within outlets, fostering in-store branding.
- Ensure distributors maintain optimum stock levels according to Stock Cover Days policy.
- Coach Order Bookers to ensure sufficient stock levels and proper merchandising on shelves, racks, and coolers.
- Perform regular market visits to check Order Booker performance and identify market development opportunities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Handle customer complaints and inquiries, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and documentation for analysis and decision-making.
