Available Positions
1. Sales Manager
Qualification: BBA / MBA with specialization in Marketing
Experience: 05-07 years experience in Beverages/FMCG

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop sales strategy and marketing plans to achieve company sales goals and profitability.
- Compile and execute given plans/objectives to attain Zone/Area-wise primary/secondary sales and products/packages availability targets.
- Conduct regular market visits to supervise/monitor the proper execution of set objectives/plans.
- Gather market intelligence regarding market share, trends, analysis, availability, and competition activities.
- Supervise/ensure the proper injection/placement and optimal utilization of company’s assets in the market (coolers, glass, shell, signage, etc.).
- Manage distribution to ensure proper execution of sales operations, ROI, KPIs, GTM, and inventory management.
2. Assistant Manager Procurement (Services & Indirect Material)
Qualification: Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance (MBA preferred)
Experience: Min 3-5 Years Experience in Beverage or related Industry

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end procurement of materials and services in the sugar mills industry, coordinating with end-users for demand planning, forecasting, and timely inventory replenishment.
- Support annual budgeting (CAPEX & OPEX) and ensure procurement activities align with approved departmental budgets.
- Source cost-effective and quality suppliers using analytical techniques such as landed cost analysis.
- Execute RFx processes, prepare comparative analyses, and align with end-users on technical and commercial evaluations.
- Drive cost savings through strategies like consolidation, negotiations, contracts, rebates, and demand optimization.
- Obtain necessary approvals as per company policies and governance frameworks.
- Issue Purchase Orders, manage vendor follow-ups, and optimize logistics and freight costs.
- Apply TCO and LCCA methodologies to validate costs and support strategic sourcing decisions.
- Manage international sourcing, including import documentation, LC processing, and coordination for customs clearance.
- Build and maintain supplier relationships, handle onboarding, and manage vendor performance and compliance.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory, ethical, and supply chain standards.
- Support product planning by ensuring timely material availability.
- Handle material rejections and coordinate timely replacements with vendors.
- Align GRNs and invoices, and coordinate with finance for payments and advances.
- Support internal audits by providing required documentation and resolving observations.
- Operate SAP (Procurement/P2P module) for efficient procurement processes.
