1. Regional Sales Manager
Location: Bannu, D.I. Khan & Kohat Belt
Qualification: BBA / MBA with specialization in Marketing
Experience: 08 – 10 years experience in Beverages/FMCG

Job Responsibilities:
Develop strategic plans to achieve targeted Secondary volume, numeric, weighted distribution, and market share.
Manage and develop the sales team.
Develop and strengthen relationships with existing and potential distributors/accounts through regular market visits.
Analyze competitor activity in the market and develop counter strategies.
Execute plans for enhancement in cold availability of all Stock Keeping Units by channel to increase secondary sales.
Deploy and manage assets (coolers & glass).
Ensure and monitor cooler productivity.
Implement Route to Market strategies and replicate best practices.
Monitor and improve Sales Force Efficiency Key Performance Indicators through the sales team.
Analyze sales Key Performance Indicators and take corrective actions.
Ensure profitable sales by monitoring discounts, variable margins, gross profit, and Net Sales Revenue of the region.
Responsible for distributor profitability.
Responsible for long-term and sustainable business.
2. Engineering Store Officer
Location: Islamabad
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or DAE Mechanical
Experience: 3-4 years experience in Beverages/FMCG
Proficiency: SAP and MS Office

Job Responsibilities:
Maintain updated and accurate inventory records for engineering spare parts, chemicals, fleet, and general items.
Perform regular stock checks and physical verifications.
Lead monthly stock-taking activities.
Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and initiate purchase requisitions when necessary.
Ensure inventory is managed using FIFO (First-In, First-Out) or FEFO (First-Expired, First-Out), as applicable.
Receive materials and inspect them for quantity, quality, and compliance with specifications.
Record daily entries for received and issued items after verification in the system.
Ensure proper bins allocation physically and in the system.
Issue materials based on departmental requests and maintain proper documentation.
Manage obsolete, slow-moving, or expired materials appropriately.
Handle vendor returns and inter-company material transfers in a timely manner with accurate recordkeeping.
