Halan Microfinance Bank is seeking a competent and detail-oriented professional to join our Compliance Function as Assistant Manager – Compliance Risk Management in Karachi. The incumbent will support the implementation and ongoing execution of the Compliance Risk Management (CRM) Framework in line with applicable regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, assess, monitor, and report inherent and residual compliance risks across all business functions.
- Implement, maintain, and continuously enhance the CRM Framework.
- Conduct RCSA (Risk Control Self-Assessment) and enterprise-wide Compliance Risk Assessments.
- Update Compliance Risk Registers, Compliance Universe, and regulatory compliance inventory.
- Prepare dashboards, MIS reports, and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) for management presentations.
Qualification:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related discipline.
Experience:
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in Compliance, Risk Management, Internal Controls, or RCSA within the banking or microfinance sector.
