We Are Looking For:

A detail-oriented and proactive finance professional with hands-on exposure to treasury and banking operations. The ideal candidate understands conventional and Islamic financing products and trade finance, works with accuracy and integrity under tight deadlines, and communicates confidently with banks and internal teams. We value someone who takes ownership, stays organised, and consistently delivers timely and reliable results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage banking relationships and oversee the company’s financing activities.
• Prepare the daily fund position.
• Execute all bank documentation relating to financing facilities, ERF, Ijarah, leasing, and the opening/closure of bank accounts.
• Prepare monthly stock reports for onward submission to banks.
• Provide treasury-related data for the monthly financial reports.
• Prepare monthly accrual reporting of markup and profit.
• Ensure timely markup and loan maturity payments.
• Prepare Export Refinance (ERF) and long-term loan applications.
• Monitor banking charges, financing costs, demurrage, and other avoidable trade-related expenses.
• Coordinate with banking partners to resolve daily issues and carry out day-to-day banking affairs.
• Ensure timely bank reconciliations, and investigate and resolve discrepancies.

• Strong analytical skills.
• Strong documentation skills.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.

Qualification & Experience:

• MBA / ACCA
• 03 – 05 years of relevant experience
