Growth & Performance Lead – E-Commerce
Department: Commercial

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to drive sales and business growth.
• Manage and strengthen relationships with online marketplaces and digital partners.
• Monitor online sales, promotions, pricing, and overall channel performance.
• Identify growth opportunities through market trends, customer insights, and performance analytics.
• Plan and execute digital campaigns, promotions, and product initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of business plans.
• Track performance and provide actionable insights to improve business results.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience in E-Commerce, Digital Sales, Key Account Management, or B2B Sales.
• Strong analytical, commercial, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
