Hissan Waseem Appointed as Team Lead Warehousing and Distribution at FrieslandCampina

Hissan Waseem has joined FrieslandCampina as Team Lead Warehousing and Distribution, marking an important milestone in his professional journey in supply chain, warehousing, and demand planning.

Before joining FrieslandCampina, Hissan completed impactful internships with Mondelēz International and Martin Dow Limited, where he gained hands-on experience in supply planning, inventory optimization, demand forecasting, and business intelligence. At Mondelēz International, he developed dynamic Power BI dashboards providing real-time visibility into inventory operations, supported material planning initiatives, and contributed to warehouse process standardization. During his internship at Martin Dow, he built rolling forecast models, supported MRP and DRP analysis, and designed data-driven dashboards to strengthen planning and decision-making.

Beyond his industry experience, Hissan earned national recognition as the Runner-Up in the Mondelēz Innovation Challenge 2025 among more than 800 teams and was also a National Semi-Finalist in BAT’s Battle of Minds, reflecting his analytical mindset and problem-solving capabilities.

A graduate of the National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Hissan brings expertise in Warehousing & Distribution, Demand Forecasting, Inventory Optimization, Supply Chain Planning, Power BI, Data Analytics, and Operational Excellence.
