Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual who will be responsible for developing a strong understanding of Assembly Shop/EOL processes and systems, leading New Model Introduction projects, and managing facility installation, equipment commissioning, and handover activities. The role will identify process and equipment gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency. The position will also support capacity enhancement projects, contribute to KPI development and planning, and actively participate in departmental and cross-functional initiatives to achieve production objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a strong understanding of Assembly Shop/EOL processes and systems.
- Lead New Model Introduction projects.
- Manage facility installation, equipment commissioning, and handover activities.
- Identify process and equipment gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency across operations.
- Support capacity enhancement projects.
- Contribute to KPI development and planning.
- Participate in departmental and cross-functional initiatives to achieve production objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelors/Masters in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Chemical).
- 3–5 years of experience in relevant field.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Expertise in AutoCAD.
- Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
