Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all Food & Beverage operations for the hotel.
- Develop and implement F&B strategies to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Manage financial performance, budgeting, and procurement.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the F&B team.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, service standards, and operational excellence.
- Coordinate pre-opening activities and ensure readiness for launch.
