1️⃣ Deputy Manager – Yarn Store

Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Textile Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience: 05 – 06 Years of relevant experience in Yarn Store/Warehouse/Inventory Management, preferably in textile

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Deputy Manager – Yarn Store to oversee yarn store operations, inventory control, waste management, audits, and team performance. The role will ensure efficient yarn handling, accurate stock management, compliance with safety and quality standards, and continuous improvement of store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily yarn store operations, inventory control, and stock reconciliation.
• Monitor yarn consumption and implement measures to minimize waste and losses.
• Conduct waste and inventory audits, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and audit documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.
• Lead, train, and manage the yarn store team.
• Coordinate with Production, Planning, Procurement, and other departments for timely yarn availability.
• Monitor KPIs, analyze operational data, and drive continuous improvement.
• Prepare required data and documentation for internal and external audits.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of inventory control, yarn handling, waste management, and audits.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP.
• Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.

2️⃣ Brand Communication & Social Impact (CSR & Digital Marketing)

Experience: 02 – 03 Years of relevant experience in content writing, CSR, or brand communication

Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and communication-focused professional to manage content creation, CSR communications, sustainability initiatives, and brand collaborations while strengthening the company’s internal and external communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research audience preferences, market trends, and digital content to develop relevant ideas.
• Create, edit, and manage social media, blog, CSR, and corporate content.
• Develop communication highlighting CSR initiatives, sustainability, achievements, and brand values.
• Collaborate with Design, Marketing, Social Media teams, and external partners on campaigns and content.
• Coordinate UNSDG awareness sessions, CSR events, and employee engagement activities.
• Support brand partnerships, collaborations, MOUs, and related communications.
• Monitor content performance and improve reach and engagement.
• Promote CSR and sustainability through internal and external communications.
• Ensure all communication aligns with CSR objectives and brand standards.

Requirements:

• Textile/Fashion industry experience preferred.
• Strong content writing, storytelling, research, editing, and communication skills.
• Good understanding of social media, digital trends, and content strategy.
• Experience in CSR, sustainability, partnerships, or employee engagement is an advantage.
• Creative, organized, and strong in coordination and collaboration.
