Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end procurement of direct materials with a focus on laboratory equipment, reagents, and scientific consumables.
- Source and evaluate suppliers based on quality, pricing, delivery timelines, and reliability.
- Obtain and analyze quotations and prepare comparative statements for procurement decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and verify purchase orders in line with quotations as per SOP.
- Ensure availability of all material needs at the most economical cost and minimum time frame.
- Inform relevant departments of delivery schedules.
- Prepare comparatives of requested items to reduce supply chain costs.
- Prepare and send purchase orders to vendors as per the procurement manual.
- Develop, compile, reconcile, and update vendor information/registration records.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, compile, and maintain accurate data related to academic programs, faculty, students, and institutional performance indicators.
